Anyone using the 'Craigslist Autoreplier' or heard of a 'Larry Hoffman'

A 'Terry Davis' and a few other dead email names have come onto another REI site I regularly visit asking about this software program. And of course a 'John Raney' conveniently replies to their threads hyping this app thus (what I believe) advertising this software. I could be wrong and these are really legitimate posts I'm reading about a really legit software app.

And since this site is the 'real deal' of real estate sites I figured I'd come on here and (hopefully) get the truth.

Anyone use this program?

I tried a software similar to this one a few years back to generate seller leads from the Real estate section on Craigslist.

It worked (a little), it's one of those "throw enough $hit against the wall and some will stick" sort of things.

In order to make it work you've got to do a boatload of calling and most people don't like calling too much.
