Tuesday rolls around and we get on the phone for the 2nd coaching call and its… almost identical to the 1st call 3 weeks prior.. and it seems very much like Brian was just ‘winging it’.

Prior to purchase I reviewed the HOA bylaws as well as their Resolutions and Restrictions and was fine with what is included.

Did you do any marketing prior to posting with Zillow? 

Make sure to consult a local attorney prior to starting down that path.

Do they have disciplined limits and do they do research on each property prior to making a bid or will they just continue on aimlessly?

@Matthew CarducciIt takes so many factors prior to saying if it's an excellent / good / ok deal.

They want the work to be done on your part prior to placing the deposit on the property.

You may need to ask around at a lot of different institutions before you get the answer you want.As far as getting the prior appraisal accepted by another institution that is most likely going to be a no.  

If it's in a market I have researched prior, absolutely... and there's no way I put an offer in on anything unless it's the market I have researched and want to be in.
