Income limits depend on filing statusIf you are self employed consider a self directed 401k as the contribution limits are much higher.If you do end up using an IRA, consider using a ROTH IRA.

I've been using a Solo 401k [which has check book control] over over 2 years now and love it.My wife & I had two small IRA's that had nearly the same amount as they did 20 years ago sitting in the stock market.I was able to triple them both in less than 9 months doing wholesale and a flip or two.As mentioned above, be sure to weigh the pros and cons of "check book" control.A good resource here on BP is @Dmitriy Fomichenko with Sense Financial.And of course, if you end up in Indy, feel free to reach out to me with any questions!

When talking to a loan officer at a local bank and explaining what I would be doing with the property and she said that I would be using a commercial loan to obtain the property.

Start prepping the house for quick sale.This is where the creativity comes in to play: figuring out what tool to use for acquisition as well as for disposition, and applying my strengths to the situation;  meeting with sellers directly, not using a Realtor in the middle to mess up our communication; sorting the house into categories that make sense financially for me, as well as for the seller.

I want to have a name/domain so I can start to form a more official image in the community as a whole.I know that using a last name, and location in the name are rather limiting, so I'm trying to avoid this.Does anyone have any tips as to how they got to their name, and why?
