I have a general idea of what most of the common fees are but I’d like some idea of what is general ballpark for fees related to eviction process and pay demand process.

HI guys.....I have a somewhat complicated tenant issue....any ideas on what to do?

Bad idea. 

We just put in offer in on our first duplex and have some ideas in mind for changing one side from a 2/1 to a 3/2.

It is a top/bottom style duplex with a flat roof and a basement so there should be no issues around ducting. each floor is around 1,100 sq ft  Any idea how much I should be looking to get this quoted for?  

If there is an idea to rehab the whole place and either sell it or rent it all out, how would I get the tenants to leave?

I'm sure some of you must be able to give me some idea of what to expect.

I've been toying with the idea of investing in a crowdfund, but at the same time I'm looking to move and my capital's not where I want it to be yet. 

Met up with the seller out of the blue and he mentioned the idea of selling his house.
