So ultimately, you decide which bank to deposit the funds with, and have full access to the funds.

As they say, never ask a barber if you need a haircut.Then there are others on this forum that aren't trying to sell anything, just trying to help new investors out by sharing their opinions and personal experience ... these are the ones to consider the closest, even if you ultimately don't agree at least you can learn from their rationale and know that it isn't some BS sales pitch. 

@JR HindsCan you share what was projected vs. what you ultimately got?

This removes incentives for either tenant to reduce usage and ultimately you over-billed one of the tenants.

The ultimate is to go to work for one.
