Hi everyone, I'm taking a trip to Tampa the first week of October and hoping to see some 2-4 multifamily properties around the city.

There is nothing in place if there is damage from say a car accidentally running into the house, hail damage, someone tripping on the sidewalk, dog bite or if there is major damage to the house that is not fire related. 

Also, ask them questions to trip them up, like verifying the wrong rent amount.

I didn't really plan a trip just passed through to grab a quick bite and gas..

The wife and I recently took a trip down to Disney with our two kids.

Running extension cords for everything isn't just unsightly, its a tripping hazard etc. 

(every crack tiny or big caulked or filled up= against insects or mices)P.S. the "booming" of mices + rats in the area could be attributed to the Booming renovations which drives them away from former in-disrepair grounds/buildingsP.S. to P.S: Justin from PFR has an account on BP: read his posts... does not seem to be those of someone on a trip to take others to the cleaners!

I was planning to make a trip out there next week and take a look around for myself.

It allowed me to give my wife some piece of mind knowing if I get hit by a bus she can pay off the properties ect, it allows me to pass on tax free money to my kids, and it motivates me to save money I otherwise may not have.
