That's hard to find these days, especially if you don't have a track record, which it sounds like you don't.

If you have experience or expertise in this area and you can advise me on how to structure the notes, what kind of interest rate is appealing to the note buyer investor marketplace, and to see if I'm remotely on the right track in my strategy,  I'd like to pick your brain.  

Just be sure you have a strong business case/track record for these types of deals. 

Use a software like Podio to track the addresses.

Hello BiggerPockets, I am currently having three rental condos in Worcester county, Please advise me is it good time to look for new rental investment, I do track some multi-family condo's in Worcester, but I don't have any knowledge of maintaining such units, what are pros and cons of managing such units.

Quickbooks is great for tracking your business. 

Each month I kept track of all my income/expenses and assets/liabilities.

Besides the glowing self- endorsements on its website, I can't seem to track down any information about whether or not their lists have good data.

If someone who has the proof of a track record and they can show you how, why not take that path?
