I just need to submit my plans for approval no different than any other remodel project.

Maintenance snaking sounds like a great way to minimize the cost and time of slow and clogged drains.It is amazing how often that I have found that a toy or other object has been flushed thought an is actually stuck in the toilet.

They will say that the policy does not cover a home being remodeled and that it was clearly stated in the policy.

I can recommend a couple general contractors in the Estes Park area depending on the level of major remodeling you want to do.

I have seen a couple that had walk-up stairs that go to the outside - that requires lots of remodeling IMO.
