Looking at a few multifamily's today and I am wanting to know what type of documentation I need to ask for. 

Just a guy that helps the owner(something along those lines).I hired a PM company to deal with most of the day to day operations on my first property. 

Hey Alex, I was in the same boat you were in years ago and can share with you what I did to get to where I am today. 

What I ment to day was "before I jumped in head first, I at least wanted to get some idea..."

Fast forward to today and I still own them all.

Family business - call to day,"Until you get up to speed with creative methods of controlling real estate, I would suggest you work with an investor (coach), someone who has a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

I would take over the day-to-day management and basically everything to do with them.

It's absolutely incredible how much help there is out there today for people willing to do what it takes to invest in real estate.

That holds very, very true in today's market.
