But my guess would be that it might be because the listing agent sometimes have a window they can market to their clients (5 day window in some cases) before putting on MLS.  

Technically, I'm guessing it depends on how your lease is stated.

I can do interest only loan for duration or payout with interest on back end of deal, either way, my question is I guess it can be promissory note?
