Many of the provisions in the draft legislation are subject to debate, but the EB-5 community across the board pretty much agrees that the provisions increasing the minimum investment amounts from $1m ($500k in a targeted employment area) to $1.2m ($800k in a TEA) are going to make it through.

Hi Lou,Flipping in low income neighborhoods could bring challenging they are usually good for buy and holds.If this will be your first flip I suggest take a map and look for good school neighborhoods and keep a watch on a daily basis for foreclosures, use zillow/trulia/Realtor.com to set up email alerts for thone zips.You can still flip in areas with school rankings between 4 and 7 but you need to know the area, that applies for any property.Some namesay thst come to my mind when your say central jersey are, Edison (08820) other zips like 08817 can also be a good watch.East BrunswickNorth Brunswick  - south sectionPiscataway - upcoming school district ( again more south the more better)Franklin township - but I can't break it down by neighborhoodsomeGood Luck!!

I get calls and messages daily from people in my area looking to sell houses or giving leads to properties that need work and or absentee homes.

If I could keep track of the hours and progress on a daily basis, that might work.

I will be reading books at home and I will be surfing BP daily and getting ready for my first purchase!
