Here's the surprising part.

Agency agreements are required in 2 of the 4 states Im licensed in, so it wouldn't surprise me.

There are a surprising number of generalist type builder's all across the US who do have broad experience in home building. 

Color me surprised!!!

Yukon is an A class play, lower cash flow than you can get in other areas but lower maintenance and surprises as well. 

In a typical year we probably rent it 6-8 times for a week or 10 days.I would say that what has surprised me most with handling short term rentals in different locations is how each place develops a market and it has never been from where I expected it.
