Gas prices go up, food prices go up, and the tenant has already had 4 years of no cost increases.This is why I feel that B is your best option.Let us all know what you decide.

As much as i hate to, if F4F doesn't call me tomarrow by noon i will go to my awesome bank- but still a bank and hope they will give me the credit I need to secure this place and begin participating in this amazing market, and no more rationing food by the 15th of the month while my wife Drs. hound her for higher protein in her diet.  

When I still had the removable battery type, most would never change the battery or simply removed it because it would go off when they burned their food. 

In Lake Forest we used to just do it at a pizza place that had a meeting room, and everyone was asked to support the business by buying food/drinks. 

Can you tell if there is food and clothing in the residence?  

How do you rate the food at a restaurant if you can't taste it?

Imagine if he drops it, how difficult this tenant becomes going forward.There is one factor to consider here, from the tenants perspective....food for thought for future years. 

Yes i do, every time i come home, take off my shoes, put my slippers on and sing wont you be my neighbor..... the first time would be OK but being that this happened again then that would be enough to charge the tenant. i would also send a letter to them saying that cloths or anything else other than washing your hands and brushing of teeth are not allowed in bathroom sinks and the same goes for the Kitchen sink with the added exception of washing dishes, provided no food scraps  are dumped down the drain.
