I have multiply-handicapped adult son and long-term housing solutions are not readily available.  

We purchase the data from Altos, and then build an algorithm to estimate rents using the listing data. 

After significant research regarding college savings for our son, my wife and I have devised a strategy which we would love the community to pick a part.

We just had our first son, own our 1800sq ft home in a good neighborhood.

@Einat Menashe Eastbrook Dr is in on the cusp of the high crime area (I am in Huntsville and grew up here).Lee HS is not a preferred HS and Chapman is one of the worst Elementry schools-my son went there 4 years ago for 1 year before we moved to a better district.
