Mainly, we have to accept their internal opinion of value for the ARV (After-Repaired Value).  

Here's the back story...I have an "accepted" offer from someone who I thought had power of attorney to sell a single family house that was put into a trust.

Same as lending, syndication or landlording... they seem to accept the idea better if I have tried it and proved that it works.

But I can't bring myself to accept a negative cash flow in the meantime, just on principle - it seems a lot more like speculation (Kiyosaki taught me better, lol).Anyway, thanks for sharing.
