Since ADUs are underpriced in the market, the better strategy if you're starting from scratch is to buy a home with an existing ADU and skip all the work building it.  

If you can skip the buyers agent stage and go directly to listing agent, being agent will be much more lucrative.

Or, skip both of those and partner with a securities broker?
