These past few months I've dealt with everything from clogged toilets and sinks, to broken door screens and window screens to even mold because the tenant doesn't understand that if they wet clothes behind in the basement for days on end and expects a clean smelling, mold-less basement.

I checked under the tub and it looks dry and the water to the sink has been turned off so I'm sure the leak is coming from the sink.
