It is fairly easy for tenants to sign up and they are able to link their bank account for automatic payments or do one time payments every month.

If the market does plung into recession, I’m confident that the properties I own in the markets I do will perform better than most and therefore I’ll have staying power.All loans involve risk, so I select debt products and terms that I feel minimize my risk and are commensurate with the return i think I’ll be able to generate.  

If you aren’t using this income to qualify then I don’t know how it would even come up.Not sure if there is any provision written in the mortgage that you sign at closing that says not to do this but Ive never seen that.

So, while all signs are pointing to another incredibly hot 2018 market in Austin, our old friends, affordability and inventory, will remain constraining forces.
