Hello BP,    I have a sports organization that is interested in renting a SFH from us to house some of their players in.These are semi- professional players in the 25-30yr old range.The organization will pay for rent,utilities,security deposit, and damages.We have a system in place to screen ordinary applicants but not this situation.I'm thinking about what I need to do to thoroughly check this opportunity out.

My partner and I did not do a great job screening a tenant before we let her move into the upstairs unit of a duplex we own in Cleveland Ohio. 

Landlords are the ones that have to screen well and perform due diligence in renting out the property.

I feel that the competitors are really starting to offer more features that I would need like a USB ports and better pens to write on screens.  

Experience includes; former RE licence, former contractor license, owned a Corp that built pool screen enclosures/sunrooms/decks/patios, flipped houses, rented houses, otp contract generation, residual land only purchases, built residence from the ground up, bought and sold land, condos and villa in costa rica.  

I apologize ahead of time for the long post but heres my situation...I am renting a single family home and I have accepted an application fee and screened a couple (recommended approval from SmartMove) who are relocating from out of state.

I've looked at all of the tenant screening services called out on this site and find it difficult to sign up or pay for a credit report only.

All you have to do is go to the "learn" tab at the top of your screen and read the articles, and also just search BP for some of the keywords you used in your post.It's not going to be "easy" or "hard" to find cash-buyers, it's going to depend on how you do it.

Establish your screening criteria now, and write it down/document it.
