So you might being paying more for a GC or sub to send you pics/vids.

@Todd Ashley you could also have the walls scanned to see if there is any steel in them.

There’s always a tag/ sticker on the boiler showing model and serial, snap a pic in the future and you’ll have all the details you need to price one out.

I have contacted the landlord on several occasions, taken pics of the cat at our window, the landlord went on to tell the tenant that I reported her so now she goes around and tells the other tenants that I'm mean and has even used explicatives.
