How much money do you earn/save?

The window companies are going to murder you on prices by arguing that fixing the windows will save you immense money in fuel costs and that if you do the windows with no insurance, you run incredible risks.

They've saved my clients an average of a couple thousand dollars each time.

I’d like to know how much I need to save beforehand. + what needs to be put into it etc etc 

I don't have a huge amount of money saved, and would prefer to not use any cash if I can.  

In this case it would have saved a succession of buyers, and who knows how many future bidders, thousands of dollars. 

I would also recommend making a saved search for your keywords so you can get the updates on the info you want to read.

After three attempts I'm wondering if this is SOP in TX.Does anyone have any tips that will save time and money when buying property in TX? 

We both have full time jobs, our credit scores are very good, and we have some savings.      

Buying bulk should save you some money.
