Are there any regulations or restrictions? 

One of the problems in the last bubble was the lack of regulations in place for banks and big investors. 

Looking for anyone that may have insight into whether or not the Coastal Commission is likely to uphold the STR regulations passed by the city of Oxnard in 2019.

This is standard landlord-tenant laws in NJ, different states may have different regulations.

Not sure why no one is discussing this once again- In November the “Rental Affordability Act” is likely to pass according to polls.This bill removes protections from Costa Hawkings which made it illegal for CA cities to regulate vacancy.

VA does not have any regulations on the time spent in one primary residence.
