I entered my email/phone on the listing brokerage website to get access to the offering memorandum (OM) but otherwise have never spoken with or corresponded with the Seller's agent.

You could send it by text or email but I think it's best to keep it professional and a certified letter is better for court.Personally, I would offer to pay back her half of the deposit.

I emailed their customer support and I was told that they were aware of the new law and that they're "working on it".

BUT, make sure when you call them you have sometime of value to mail them/email them so you are giving value in that first call.Info that either helps the agent with their clients or that makes the agent look more informed in front of their client.
