The software was designed to import lists from every source where lists can be obtained and we pay workers in the Philippines to go through the lists and look up the property owners' names, addresses and other information.

Hello, I’m new to wholesaling, I’m in the Milwaukee area and I’m having a hard time navigating Wisconsin public records to get a pre foreclosure list I’ve been going on auction.com and crossing over to Zillow for my leads.

I don’t see tying it to one unit being smart, but I also don’t see public use being a profit center. 

I find it easier to trust people who have a large public/online presence (active on BP, social media, etc).

There are so many things you need to know about the plots of land you would be targeting - are they leveled, foundation options, water tables, access to public water and sewer - and that's all before you confirm the right prefab and also confirm that there are local builders who can do the foundation work and then assemble and connect.

Some require you to register your business and obtain a permit.
