AS you came to BP for advice it will be slanted towards buying rental real estate which is fine if you truly are up for being a landlord.. not all folks are.. although with a million in cash you certainly could look at investment grade real estate not low end rentals.also there are some great syndicators out there were you could spread your funds around in their deals.. but choosing the syndicator wisely is mission number one.. you could simply invest in REits that are publicly traded gives you instant liquidity.. but do get some advice if your not an experience property owner or income producing property owner..

What do most nurses do for transportation, now that Uber is so convenient do they require a car and how much of a premium is added for condos that are walking distance to hospital etc.

Of course, this is without seeing the actual legislation at issue. and or talking unsophisticated note holders into it.. that's the biggest challenge knowledge folks can do this no sweat.. its the investing public that can be hard to convince.. either its too complicated and they shut down.. or their friend says it sounds strange and then tell them to run from the deal..

It is a different market but you can expand your audience by being able to be downloaded by android device users.....I haven't used Facebook as of yet but creating a group (which as you know is free ) you can discuss and show your deals post pictures and allow others to engage you....the only thing I wouldn't do is advertise we can leave that for bigger pockets for investors and for the general public you can direct them to your webpage.....
