He comes with excellent references and I am very excited to have him on board. we need to get some work done in order to get my properties rent ready and he is managing the project for me. of course I am confident he will get it done quickly and properly, yet I also want to be in the loop as far as progress.

Especially with a more complex project beyond the standard cosmetic flip, novice private lenders might hamper the timelines and progress on your deal due to lack of knowledge and experience.

Other requirements include:- Strong communication skills- Availability to visit job sites twice a week (less than 2 hours a week)- Must have a high quality camera (Apple iPhone will suffice)- Ability to communicate & translate job site progress into legible notes.
