Goals Keep Changing - Good or Bad?

Currently frustrated at the moment because my goals keep changing. Based off of new information I pivot my strategy or my why and while I think it's good to keep flexible, it's hard to stay focused on one thing. How do others deal with this and is the answer really just to ignore new information and stay on top of one goal?

Thanks,
Joe S.

Is it possible that you subconsciously change your goals to avoid having to meet them?
