If the seller sends the buyer a contract and the buyer signs this contract without making any changes, the contract is accepted by both parties.While it's understandable to rely on information given by professionals, it's important to be cautious with legal matters like real estate contracts.

Multi-unit properties can still gain some great cash flow and of course, creative finance deals can make a real difference in getting cash flow as well.

Problem is of course I'm not a US resident for immigration purposes, no SSN, and have no credit history in the USA...although I have a US bank account and debit card and I pay utility bills, etc. so maybe I do have some credit history?  

Of course, quality landlord insurance is a useful risk mitigation strategy.
