Purchase price: $110,000
Cash invested: $1,000

this was my firsthouse hack

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Other people helping pay down the mortgage

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found this on the MLS as a bank owned property offered below asking price due to the more the 45 days on ,market

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional mortgage used

How did you add value to the deal?

Value was added by making improvements to the house

What was the outcome?

This has been a very successful investment due to mortgage pay down and market appreciation.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I have learned how real-estate can build wealth.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I have worked with Dan Anshus in the Minneapolis market and highly recommend him.
