Vinyl plank is a great product. 

We typically only take bookings 3 months out, and the next three months are pretty slow in Cleveland.

I kind of feel like I should stay on the grind and not slow down, especially since I'm finally getting somewhere.

If it is just open minerals with no production, there may not be a lot of value.

Long term: cautiously optimistic but think we'll ultimately see real positive movement and change.That said, we've bought more product this year than we ever have in the past 14 years combined so I think there's potential in just about any market!

This will be our first MFH so I am curious to learn about what insurance providers and products we should be looking at.

ShhhThe more reputable they are (bigger showroom/better products) the better they are for your situation.

Things have slowed down a bit this fall, but still sell fast. 

I can tell you that the only other bank product I know is going through the commercial department, and they don't let you live in the house.
