Im a millennial so im tired of online courses and spending money on expensive courses I just need someone I can shadow or meet with to explain the loop holes in wholesaling so I can quit my job and go with this full force

But more specifically, to acquire the doors necessary to not be forced to find another job in 4 years. 

I have saved up $100k over a Lot of years of saving a little bit at a time from an exceedingly stressful job in a field that I would like to be out of before to long.

Don’t get me wrong, when the law is grey, my job is to advocate for the best interpretation for my client.

I originally wanted to focus on Corp Housing before jumping into Vacation Rentals as I used to use them in my old job and seemed like a good way to get potential repeat customers/business that would take better care of the property.   

Responsiveness is SOOO underrated IMO.As far as the fee...are you happy that you saved any money and did this person do a worthy job? 

Change your property manager, they are not doing their job.

Knowledge can he;p on negative thoughts.If you are thinking about purchasing use that place is in an area of high demand, has a growth in population and jobs, and will have easy access,  close-by amenities with walking distance, and has no restrictions by the City that have been approved that may reduce your planned income. 

Just read a story here in these forums by an inexperienced agent who lost $25k to wire fraud because of his inexperience.Worry about how to do the job right, how to limit you and your clients liability.

I think that in 20 years there will still be select jobs for real estate but, I do believe the days of making the huge commissions are about to come to an end.
