Hello,If I'm doing month to month rent and I want a tenant to leave by law can I ask to leave because I have renovate home wgich will take weeks, is this possible by law and do I have that in writing and give them explanation on what will be fix in the home?

Now worth about 1.1-1.2m.We also have a decent amount of liquid cash in savings, but a lot of that will be going to our new primary residence that we will purchase in about year.Does BRRR make sense for us?

Since this was my first primary residence, I didn't consider the cash-flow potential, however it was a top-floor, water view condo with it's own private roof-top deck, so I felt it had intrinsic value.

In my experience the lienholders who are not first in line are just happy to get anything out of the process, because most likely if it heads to foreclosure (which is almost imminent once a property owner pursues a short sale) the primary lienholder is the only one who will actually get anything out of it.
