Hello, Although I have heard of this site before, I am just now getting my feet wet on the platform.

We recently purchased a farm with 15 acres of land and 3 houses. 

As a new investor, a duplex gives me some pause because I'm afraid there might be long periods of vacancy where I'll have to come out of pocket to cover expenses.

Then check availability - are they being rented or are there a lot of days empty for that time of year?
