Look them up on social media and see who's in a relationship with "Jai" or has "Jai" tagged in their social media photos.

While you can use the latter platform to upload photos and descriptions of your property, you can’t collect applications or schedule showings on the platform.It also won’t syndicate your listing to other sites.

Then, you could simply sync that account to your PMS, change the password and photo icon and all would be easy. 

If you have time get all addresses and at least drive by every house take photos and make notes (ideal know lease terms and amount).

I took the photos within an hour of sunrise, which produces the best photos (or hour before sunrise, either one). 

My only other suggestions (which you may have very well have already done) is make sure you have professional photos of your unit and that it's listed on as many sites as possible.

They smoke on the property when it clearly says no smoking in the lease and then deny that it was them even though i have photos.
