Hi All,I am in need of advice.I have a small multi unit commercial/residential building. 7 units, each just over 1,000 sq ft.A basement level commercial unit is available and the potential tenant that I have is for out patient mental health/addiction services.

There was a house down the street from me that they have been trying to rent for the last three months, then put it up for sale or rent since it wasn't renting. i believe the house is now pending (per HAR), so you may just need to be patient.
