I am quite nervous, but this is a NEW YEAR that calls for some massive action!

I have a new build scheduled to be completed in about 3 months so im starting to get nervous if I've done everything I should/need to!

You get to go shopping and find a new place and have your cash to use towards the purchase of the new house.Buyers who are nervous about the market get to lock up a new home before they give notice if they are renting now so that can be a win for them. 

I'm always nervous to buy something that can't be fixed, regardless of how much money you throw at it.

In fact the day Lehman Brothers collapsed I was in 'the City' in London for a conference and you could hear a pin drop as people were walking around very quiet/nervous.

I'm a little nervous about allowing self-showings since it's a new build and I would be really disappointed if anything happened, even with the ability to charge for damages with the credit card number.

I'm a little nervous about it all and feel like I probably need some hand holding for this first deal.  

With our SFR we only had to do this once and it worked out fine, but with so many more units I am nervous about it.So I started talking with local PM companies in town.

I'm extremely nervous about including the water and electric into the rent and having the tenants carelessly use electric and water being they do not pay any additional fees.
