Hello all,Looking at purchasing my first home , but have some issues/Concerns that we’re raised around FHA approval.

In the front window there are documents posted from MCS - Mortgaging Contract Services, stating that the property is vacant and has been winterized, and to call their number for any maintenance concerns.

By the email info, I was under the impression there was a calculator tool in the mobile app.

My concern is the rent at $2600 is on the larger side for my area at least for a unfurnished home.

Any of them can point out an issue, the good ones can explain to you why it’s an issue, what it might cost to fix, and whether or not it’s a true issue that you should be concerned with.

In an earlier thread, I described my concerns about getting out a problem tenant.  

As far as liability insurance is concerned, I would recommend the highest limits offered.

My agent has little to no experience with commercial and is concerned our offer won't be taken seriously without a prequal letter.

Cap rate and price-per-door are two of them.But your main concern is not finding deals in your local market, Denver. 

We were both excited at the prospect but my husband thought more about the risk of the new employee at the same time and is concerned this is too much risk.
