For an llc to legal operate in another state, and execute any legal documents or file any kind of actions, that llc must be “registered” in the state you want to do business in.....typically as a “foreign entity”.

Hi Andrea, You may already have this info, but here's the site for the JoCo tax foreclosure sales: https://www.jocogov.org/dept/legal/tax-foreclosure...There isn't one scheduled right now.However, there are regular foreclosure auctions in JoCo as well.
