The kitchen is just about finished, one full bathroom is finished, it’s just tiling of the master bath, and drywall in the living room, a little permit issue and a few vents that need to be run to the new bathrooms.

I have heard a lot about granite and expect that Formica would be more for low grade properties, but what about wood, tile, solid acrylic or stainless steel?

Updated the inside by adding new closet in one of the bedrooms, updating the bathroom and adding tile, updated the kitchen with new countertops and some new cabinets, new appliances, layed laminate flooring through the whole house and painted both interior and exterior.
