The reality is supply demand and how safe and easy is it to manage the assets.. generally speaking in any larger MSA the high returns are in areas of much higher risk unless your on the ground..

As a side note, I do see larger institutional investors buying up a lot of the performing notes but they will not touch a CFD with a ten foot pole (which is why I see a lot more CFD's currently for sale).
