Hello Genevieve,There are as many ways to find deals as there are people looking for them: you can work with a realtor, look over the MLS, scan the internet, send yellow letters, attend local REI club meetings, go 'driving for dollars', knock doors, make cold calls, post bandit signs, etc. 

Did they train you to "try to get as far as you can, kinda" or did they train you to "take the hill!".
