I work as a property claims adjuster currently, so its been a busy last couple days and more to come with Hurricane Harvey...sorry for the slow responses. 

Our company also manages a very large portfolio of land for an individual, consisting of over 1000 acres of land in Southern California, some very prime commercial/industrial along the freeway.

I TOLD HER MOM AND DAD BOTH I WOULD DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO KEEP THEM IN THEIR HOME,AND BETWEEN THE OTHER SIBLINGS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP,IT'S JUST ABOUT TO BREAK ME.

I hear a lot of people that are concerned ( AKA complain) about a high tax bill and my response is usually "talk to a professional (or two) to maximize your tax savings as much as is allowed by law.

Hi Ashley, Try asking your lenders to calculate the absolute highest amount you're qualified to borrow (assuming you're using a HELOC or LOC and not having to calculate for each individual property).

And do you want responses to include their own primary (ie. no cashflow, just appreciation)?
