I have heard that buyers are more educated today than before, and will consider it a negative if the cabinet boxes were constructed from pressed wood.What are your experiences?

That’s 30 years.Talking concepts is very important.Talking with emotion and not logic is very important.There’s a danger in educating the seller too much and teaching techniques on how to solve the problem is never a good idea.I never do that.I don’t educate sellers.

I think the reason so many Real Estate Agents are against Wholesalers are, they had to pay for their Real Estate Education, and don't want to be involve with something that can go south after a lot of work and time.

I did that by using optional lending resources available to me.Waiting a year is NOT in my opinion a good idea deal start now and your starting point is education.
