Need advice for Missed Rental Lease Renewal

Andres B, you are right, this was the first time I rented a property and the Agent I hired for selling\renting my property was so ignorant and never advised me for anything and also never told me that I need to register my property as a Landlord and also I hired him for selling, but even then he wouldn't reply my text or calls, I wonder how an agent can be like this.I am writing up an eviction notice myself for the tenant as he still keeps making promises and not paying rent.I have a full bathroom that is not usable after tenant's use and other 1.5 bathroom is working fine, is it something that will go against me if I file an eviction notice in court ?

Therefore, during the acquisition process, PMs are often left on the sideline, perhaps voluntarily or by ignorance of what they can bring on the table, especially when probing a property for acquisition .Whether you’re a new or a seasoned commercial investor, it is highly recommended to have PMs as part of your team , even if you’re not ready to buy anything yet, because they’re one of the most valuable assets and contributors to your success in this business for, at least, two important reasons:1/ Business insiders.
