Ideally the same firm would perform both functions for you.

States that require E-Verify have already seen a decrease in their unemployment rate.

Folks that do purchase mortgages also do refinances.Find some $30k listings in the area, at least within the state, ideally in the same county/region.

@Jeff George  In addition to disclosing it on the mortgage application, typically the new lender will request bank statements and your tax returns, and the investment property (rental) will also show there on Sch E.

The ideal partner would be able to bring to the table one or all of the following, 1) Funding 2) Out of state buyers for turnkey rentals 3) Project Management Experience 4) Construction Experience.  

I don't mind continuing to use this guy for my taxes (they're also QuickBooks wizards, so they help with that also), but of the ideal is to use one firm for everything.Is it something else I'm not aware of?
