Is it worth is for an investor/newbie house flipper to get a RE license to avoid paying real estate commissions to someone else?

My name is Lisa and I currently reside in Columbus, Ohio.I grew up watching my parents investing in RE and becoming longtime landlords and I witnessed many positive and negative experiences they went through with various tenants.

Obviously one that has experience working with RE investors but also someone who can work with my small business (my main job - non RE related) as well as out of state businesses! 

I am a Ha.

I was focused on my business for the last 8 years and now have 2 stores for my business and I am finally in a position where I'd like to get back to doing some form of RE investing. 

RIGHT OF TERMINATION AND RE-ENTRY:In the event of any breach of payment of rent or any other allowed charge, or other breach to this lease, Landlord shall have full right to terminate this Lease in accordance with state law and re-enter and re-claim possession of the leased premises, in addition to such other remedies available to Landlord arising from said breach.I already reached out to her and told her she needs to get the pets out of the property of which she replied that it was for a friend who was out of town for the weekend and the pet will be gone today.What can i do if i find out there are still pets in the property.   

Looking at properties online (MLS, Auction Sites, etc), physically looking at properties in consideration, putting in offers, going to closings, meeting contractors, checking progress on projects, going to RE meets, going to RE seminars, driving time to these events and locations?
