How much does it cost to be a SC real estate agent?
Hi Guys!
Can any SC real estate agents give me an idea of how much it costs to be a SC agent annually? I know the initial licensing course is about $700, but how much do you spend each year on access to MLS, continuing ed, etc.? Any other fees?
What is a typical split on commissions with your broker?
Is it worth is for an investor/newbie house flipper to get a RE license to avoid paying real estate commissions to someone else?
Thanks in advance for your advice!
