Wouldn't that eliminate most of the broker's share, and save on the self employment taxes?

My own experience is below and thought I'd share in case this is helpful to anyone else. 

To gain some liquid capital, I am thinking about wholesaling in the very begininng, hopefully that's a smart idea as this idea is share by a RE investor who's doing well.
