Hello my name is Walter, i have been active since 2016 and have completed 4 wholesale deals since I started. My background is residential HVAC tech/installer for 4 years (continue to do HVAC as well)  I quite doing HVAC full time to follow my passion. I am looking to expand my knowledge and get information on  having consistency with finding deals. I have only done bandit signs for marketing and got those 5 deals from bandits , would like to jump into direct mail marketing  since i hear/read that it is effective.... have a wonderful day.
