-Are individual investors just too green to know any better and just losing their rear?

Since I bought this the “traditional” way as David Greene puts it, the velocity of my money is very slow.

I have David Greene's book on investing long-distance and I am trying to devour it ASAP. 

We'll see if anyone can help us there.As for the ARV: This is actually a new construction, energy efficient, high end finishes.

I am currently reading David Greene's book on Long-Distance REI - and that's helping me get an idea of what kind of questions to even ask agents/PMs, etc., but I'll be honest, it all does feel quit overwhelming at this point. 

I haven't read David Green's book on out of state investing, but I will, because he sounds super articulate and smart on podcast. 

It is part of my theme and green policy. 

Nothing is impossible without the passion and energy for a goal you are pursuing.

Does any know of rebates or incentives (not tax incentives) offered by CenterPoint Energy for adding blown insulation into attics of multifamily complexes of 200+ units or more?  

I think most agents will agree we juggle a lot of different tasks and having these systems in place, will save you time and energy thus allowing you to go out and find more business. 3) Find a niche - Find a specific market or demographic to focus your attention towards.
